A Licensed Mississippi Physician must issue a physician’s certification after diagnosing the patient with a qualifying condition.

After receiving a physician’s certificate, the qualified patient may then obtain an Identification Card from the Department of Health.
VISIT A TREATMENT FACILITY/DISPENSARY
After receving an ID card, the patient may buy medical marijuana at the licensed treatment center of their choosing, commonly known as a retail dispensary.
